About
I am currently a research student in the Graduate School of Education at Waseda University, Tokyo. I am particularly interested in modern Okinawan literature and postcolonial threory, as well as Japanese minority groups, identity formation and ideas of the 'minor' in literature.
I completed my BA in Japanese at the University of Leeds in 2009, and my MA in Japanese Literature at SOAS, University of London in 2010.
